Section 1: Justice in Action
We actively create spaces where everyone - ourselves and all of our partners and clients - can imagine and create a more equitable world. We are hopeful, growthful, imaginative, and collaborative in our journey toward radical liberation.
My organization wants to see real justice (equitable outcomes, power shifting) for Black, Indigenous, and other POC communities.

Section 3: Community and Self-Care
We bring a lens of healing to every engagement. We foster spaces that are introspective, reflective, and still so that we may listen to and learn from our own inner wisdom. We believe self-care—connecting and healing the body, mind, and spirit—is essential for achieving justice.
My organization respects and prioritizes self-care for itself and for its partners.

Section 4: Emergence and Magic
While we plan and think strategically, we believe presence with one another and ourselves is even more powerful; it allows us to remain attentive to the changing realities of every moment. We embrace the possibilities of every engagement, allowing for new ways of thinking, being, and doing to emerge. We trust our intuition as the ultimate source of knowledge, knowing that it will lead us to the most effective outcomes.
My organization’s culture has an element of joy and creativity.

Section 5: Fractal Nature of Existence and Change
Nature is full of patterns, and those patterns are composed of micro patterns that mirror the larger structure. These are called fractals. We believe human behavior, relationships, and structures are fractal. Have you ever noticed how one single broccoli floret is shaped like the larger head of broccoli? Dozens upon dozens of tiny broccoli florets coming together to form the larger head of broccoli. It is a pattern baked in the molecular structure. If you were to change the shape of the broccoli floret, you change the pattern, and thus you change the shape of the larger head of broccoli. Similarly, white supremacy culture is a pattern of human behavior, relationships, and structures. We believe that if we change the way we interact with each other, we can change the pattern. We can shift, break, and transform white supremacy culture into something different—into something that works for everyone.
My organization understands there is no “end” point, that justice work is incremental and iterative.
